These six row houses are only 15′ wide, yet offer flexible open floor plans that extend from the front entry to the rear yard. The front portion of the units soar to a double height space that are filled with light, from which a sculptural spiral stair accesses a sleeping loft that overlooks the living area and yard. The individual units are expressed on the contemporary fiber cement and wood panel facade with 2-story bays, while a strong rhythm unites the building composition as a whole.
