The owners of this house in the Irvington Neighborhood wanted to update and improve the living areas, as the existing kitchen was less than 80 SF, and there was no one large room for the family to gather in. Keeping the detailing consistent with the existing structure allowed the addition to blend seamlessly into the ensemble of the house inside and out, while the revised plan fulfilled the spatial requirements of the client.
