Within this generic tilt-up concrete industrial park building, DMS helped this client create an interesting two story space utilizing the full height of the warehouse structure. Administrative and open office areas are located downstairs, while the more private offices are located upstairs, accessed by an elegant steel and tile stairway. Clean lines, large areas of interior storefront glazing, and a two tone color palette create a crisp modern look for this high tech company.
